DR. Naketria Burse, DrPH

Dr. Nakeitra Burse is the Founder and Executive Director of Six Dimensions, a Mississippi-based firm dedicated to improving maternal health outcomes and health equity. With over 15 years in public health, she holds a Doctorate in Public Health from Jackson State University and Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Mississippi State University.

Her work focuses on dismantling systemic racism in healthcare, a mission sparked by personal experiences with maternal mortality. She is the Executive Producer of the acclaimed documentary Laboring with Hope, which serves as a national call to action for Black maternal health.
