2026 started off with a BANG!
I am overjoyed with the feedback and service Health by Brick has provided the Jackson Metro during our soft launch (learn more here). From health conventions and Kidney Awareness campaigns to news broadcasts and helping individuals manage weight, mobility, or chronic conditions, the impact has been incredible. Thank you for your trust; together, we will continue making the metro a healthier place.

While I have been excited in this journey, it has become clear that Health By Brick will need to optomize the soft launch phase. I hope you head over to read about the updates to the launch phase, in the meantime here is a sneak peak at our goals, and availblility, for the second half of the year.

Our Services
01.Wellness Consultation
This service includes a basic metabolic profile and fitness assessment. We will assess your: Accurate metabolic rate (more dependable than the average free app can support) Range of motion in primary planes and joints Current strength and mobility with functions of bend, push, pull, lift, and hip hinge (foundations of ADL) Your anthropometric (body) measurements and weight After this we will then give a brief roadmap on how to conduct your Fitness & Nutrition journey
